Terms and Conditions
Order Processing:
- Once payment is confirmed, your order moves to processing. You will be notified by email when it's ready for collection or shipping.
- If an item is out of stock, we will order it promptly. Lead time is usually 1 to 3 working days.
- Any delays will be communicated by our dispatch team.
Delivery:
- Orders are shipped through Courier Guy. If all items are in stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours.
- If any items need to be ordered, you'll be informed of the lead time.
- Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days. We’re not liable for damage or loss once the courier has collected your order, but you can request insurance.
- Orders are processed only once payment is made .
Pricing:
- Prices can change without notice due to supplier price adjustments.
- Quotes are valid for 2 days, but prices may change after that.
Product Information:
- Colors and product appearance may vary from images on our site.
- We try to ensure accuracy but can’t be held responsible for errors or differences in products.
Inspection & Returns:
- Inspect products upon delivery. Report any issues (damage, wrong items, etc.) within 72 hours to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If there’s a manufacturing defect, we will provide a credit or replacement.
- No returns for custom orders or items with special tape applications. Handling fees may apply for returns of correctly supplied goods.
- Returns must be within 7 days for a refund or credit. A 30% handling fee may apply.
Defective Products:
- If a product is defective and used correctly, we will offer a replacement or credit.
- We’re not liable for damages due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund or replacement.
Return Process:
- Returns can take 7 to 14 days for processing, and shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.
